Local boundaries and your plumbing visit
The county public-utility renewal program includes Naples Park infrastructure. Its public notices concern water, wastewater and stormwater work; they do not diagnose a leak inside an individual home or establish the current work status at your street.
Use this local resource to prepare the address, responsible organization and work permissions. It is not a provider-coverage guarantee.

Check street access before scheduling
Use the program’s current notice or map for the actual street if public work affects the approach. Give the assessor parking and entry instructions, and tell the utility about a suspected public-system problem.
Record the before-and-after symptom
Explain whether pressure or drainage changed after a known interruption, at one fixture or across the home. Request testing that separates a fixture fault from a supply issue; timing alone does not prove that public works caused damage.
Prepare the property and repair details
State Naples Park, the full address and the fixture or equipment involved. Describe whether water is still escaping, whether one or several fixtures are affected and any safe isolation already performed. If you are unsure of the source, say so rather than repeating an assumed diagnosis.
- Explain entry, parking and any building-access restrictions.
- Identify the person who may authorize repairs.
- Have prior inspection notes or equipment photographs available.
Arrange the right assessment
Call with your full address and ask whether the business handles your fixture or equipment. Confirm the visit charge and who can authorize repairs in a shared building.
