Local boundaries and your plumbing visit
The Pine Ridge Civic Association identifies its Naples community and provides neighborhood contacts. Other Florida communities also use Pine Ridge; a community name without the street, state and postal address is insufficient for arranging a visit.
Use this local resource to prepare the address, responsible organization and work permissions. It is not a provider-coverage guarantee.

Make the destination unambiguous
Give the full street address and Naples-area locality, then describe driveway access and the fixture involved. Do not use a civic-association contact as a substitute for the water supplier named on the bill.
Scope an outside line before excavation
For water appearing in a yard or an unexplained use increase, record the location without digging. Ask how the source and pipe route will be established, what testing is included and who restores the disturbed surfaces.
Prepare the property and repair details
State Pine Ridge, the full address and the fixture or equipment involved. Describe whether water is still escaping, whether one or several fixtures are affected and any safe isolation already performed. If you are unsure of the source, say so rather than repeating an assumed diagnosis.
- Explain entry, parking and any building-access restrictions.
- Identify the person who may authorize repairs.
- Have prior inspection notes or equipment photographs available.
Arrange the right assessment
Call with your full address and ask whether the business handles your fixture or equipment. Confirm the visit charge and who can authorize repairs in a shared building.
